M&A Tax Manager
We are recruiting for a growing advisory firm in London who is looking to hire an M&A Tax Manager into its expanding Transaction Tax team.
This is a hands-on deals role working with private equity funds, search funds, corporates, and other financial investors across acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, and wider transaction activity.
You will work across:
- Tax due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Transaction structuring and tax advisory
- Reviewing SPA tax provisions, warranties, indemnities, and tax covenants
- Preparing and reviewing tax due diligence reports and structuring papers
- Cross-border transactions and coordination with international tax teams
- Working closely with Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, lawyers, and other advisers
- Managing client relationships and junior team members

What they are looking for:
- You will ideally be ACA, CTA, ACCA, or ATT qualified with strong UK tax knowledge and proven transaction experience.
- Candidates could come from M&A Tax, Deals Tax, Transaction Tax, or a Corporate Tax background with strong exposure to transactions, due diligence, and structuring.
- You should be comfortable managing multiple deals, producing high-quality client deliverables, and explaining complex tax issues clearly.
