Mission & context
Our client is a major media and entertainment company currently undergoing a significant structural split between its corporate group and Client's Studios, alongside a pending transaction with Sky. This Director-level hire exists to lead the technology separation, operationalize Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), and manage the delivery of critical tech services to the acquirer over a 24-to-36-month transition window.

Required
- Proven track record leading complex technology separations, divested entity stand-ups, or TSA delivery management
- Demonstrated experience managing and enforcing legal contracts, commercial schedules, and SLAs
- Broad technology literacy covering infrastructure, cyber security, enterprise applications, and ITSM/ITIL
- Prior experience in Global Media, Entertainment, Broadcast, Telecoms, or heavily regulated tech environments
- Familiarity with production business models (e.g., content creation for streaming platforms like Netflix or Amazon)
