M&A Technology Service Delivery Lead

TechTree is an AI-driven recruitment platform working with high-growth companies.

When you apply, our AI Agent matches you not just to this role, but to other relevant opportunities across our network, so one application can unlock multiple roles.

Role Overview

TechTree is recruiting for a M&A Technology Service Delivery Lead for a major media M&A transaction. Locations: London, Leeds, or Manchester, hybrid.

Following the sale of a major media company’s M&E business, a dedicated Technology TSA Lead is required within the Group Technology Directorate. You’ll establish the operational framework to mobilise pre-drafted TSAs, manage the ongoing delivery of critical technology services to the acquirer during a 24-to-36-month transition window, and plan the clean exit of these services.

What You’ll Own

  • Operationalise pre-drafted TSAs across all in-scope technology domains during the regulatory review period
  • Define governance structures, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting cadences between RemainCo and the Acquirer
  • Stand up Day 1 governance with clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths
  • Govern end-to-end TSA technology service delivery post-close
  • Safeguard RemainCo from commercial exposure — scope creep, billing accuracy, cost-recovery
  • Proactively manage risks: service penalties, legal remedies, operational degradation
  • Design and execute exit plans for each TSA; mitigate stranded costs to zero financial tail

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record leading complex technology separations, carve-outs, or TSA delivery in large corporate environments
  • Comfortable with infrastructure, cyber security, enterprise applications, and ITSM/ITIL — not a hands-on technical role
  • Deep experience interpreting and enforcing legal contracts, SLAs, and cost-recovery models
  • Exceptional stakeholder and negotiation skills — balancing competing priorities between acquirer and parent company
  • Ability to operate with discretion in a highly confidential, changing environment
  • Experience in Media, Entertainment, Broadcast, Telecoms, or regulated tech environments is a strong advantage
