Healthcare M&A Vice President Investment Bank
London | £140,000 DOE + Bonus | Hybrid

The Role
- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across Pharma Services, MedTech and wider Healthcare Services.
- Build and review detailed financial models, including integrated forecasts, transaction models and valuation analysis.
- Lead valuation work using DCF, precedent transactions and comparable company analysis.
- Prepare high-quality information memoranda, management presentations, investment materials and other transaction documentation.
- Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage interaction with financial, commercial, legal and tax advisers.
- Support senior bankers in managing clients, bidders, investors and other transaction stakeholders throughout live processes.
- Undertake sector research, company analysis and market mapping to identify potential buyers, acquisition targets and transaction opportunities.
- Mentor Analysts and provide oversight across modelling, valuation and presentation work.

Your Experience
- Relevant experience within Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance or a recognised advisory firm.
- Demonstrable transaction experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, MedTech, Pharma Services or a closely related subsector.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capability with experience applying these skills on live transactions.
- Good understanding of the M&A process from initial preparation through due diligence, negotiation and completion.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to communicate confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.
