KAI Conversations
KAI Conversations is an AI-powered conversation analytics platform used by the world's largest pharmaceutical companies to improve the quality and effectiveness of their customer interactions. Our technology analyses video, audio, and text conversations to provide actionable behavioural insights to commercial and medical teams talking to Health Care Professionals.
We are expanding our client base rapidly and need a contract resource to accelerate the work we do in tuning our LLMs. You will use our existing tools to run tuning models, review results, identify mistakes and improve the instructions the AI follows. You will be working in our Operations team with training and full technical support provided.

This is a great opportunity for a recent STEM graduate looking for experience in a fast moving AI software business working on leading edge practical applications of LLMs. It is a short term engagement but for the right person could lead to an ongoing opportunity.
Details
- 2 month contract (with good chance to extend)
- 5 days per week ideally (4 days minimum)
- Immediate start
- £15 per hour
- Fully remote but option for 1 day per week in London office
Essential Behaviours
- Self motivated, fast learner.
- Structured and analytical thinker.
- Good judgement and confidence to question results that appear incorrect.
Essential Skills and Experience
- A STEM degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native or bi-lingual English speaker.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Highly IT literate.
- Experience with Python.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Familiarity working with CSV and JSON files.
- Basic understanding of performance evaluation for machine learning models.

Technical Requirements
- A suitable computer (16gb memory preferred) and reliable home internet connection.
- Secure home working environment.
Desirable
- Experience using AI tools - Claude, ChatGPT.
- Handling large datasets and checking data quality.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Interest in pharmaceutical or life sciences content.
- Additional language skills.
