Machine Learning Engineer / Elite Team / London
A high-growth technology company is looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to join a world-class team working on some of the most technically challenging problems in AI.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to go well beyond applying off-the-shelf models. You'll work alongside elite ML engineers, researchers and software engineers, tackling difficult problems across computer vision, deep learning, multimodal AI and large-scale ML systems.
The technical bar is extremely high, but so is the opportunity.
What you'll be doing
- Build and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models
- Solve challenging problems across computer vision and multimodal AI
- Experiment with new architectures, approaches and research
- Take models from research → experimentation → production
- Work with large, complex datasets and real-world signals
- Collaborate with exceptional engineers and researchers to solve problems from first principles

What they're looking for
- Strong experience in Machine Learning / Computer Vision
- Excellent Python and experience with PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow
- Experience taking ML models into production
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving ability
- Excellent academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
- A genuine obsession with understanding how things work and solving problems that don't have an obvious answer
