£75,000 + £3,500 guaranteed bonus
London | Hybrid - 1 day p/w in the office
We're partnering with a leading consultancy that is investing heavily in AI and Machine Learning capabilities across multiple industries, helping clients solve complex business challenges through cutting-edge technology.
The Opportunity
You'll join a high-performing AI team focused on designing, building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning solutions. Projects range from predictive analytics and computer vision through to GenAI applications, AI agents and intelligent assistants.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building end-to-end machine learning solutions, from data preparation and model development through to deployment and monitoring
- Developing scalable MLOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and ML engineering best practices
- Working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Advising clients on AI strategy, cloud adoption and machine learning operating models
- Supporting the development of GenAI applications, LLM-powered tools and agentic systems
- Driving best practice around model governance, transparency and responsible AI

What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience building and deploying Machine Learning models in production
- Python expertise alongside frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, testing, version control and software engineering best practices
- Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
- Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents or modern AI application development
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
