About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support our healthcare communication platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative features that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients alike. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for healthcare technology, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions that adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of database management systems like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working within healthcare or regulated industries is a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and improve existing functionalities of our healthcare communication platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Participate in agile development cycles.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and data security protocols.
- Involved in testing, debugging, and deploying software updates.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing development efforts.
- Continuous improvement and innovation are encouraged, with a focus on creating scalable and maintainable solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
