Machine Learning Engineer
I’m currently working with a fast-growing AI business looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join an exciting 6-month project.
This is not a research-heavy ML role, we’re looking for someone who enjoys building, productionising and shipping models into real-world environments.
The role:
- 💰 Up to £550-650 per day
- 📄 Outside IR35
- ⏳ 6-month contract
- 🏠 Fully remote
- 🇬🇧 UK-based candidates only
- 🔐 Active SC Clearance strongly preferred / SC eligible is essential though
- ⚡ ASAP start

🧠 What we're looking for:
- 🐍 Strong commercial experience building and deploying ML models into production
- 💻 Strong Python skills, ideally with NumPy/SciPy, strong software engineering fundamentals
- 🚀 Experience taking models from prototype → production → deployment
- 🔄 Experience building robust data, modelling, evaluation and deployment pipelines
- 📊 Strong understanding of numerical modelling, simulation and/or optimisation
- 🎯 Experience working with real-world data and validating model outputs
- ☁️ Experience with Docker/Kubernetes would be beneficial
- ⚙️ Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused engineering environment
