You'll be:

  • Building production-ready AI and agentic product features
  • Designing end-to-end AI solutions from backend to deployment
  • Integrating LLMs into secure enterprise applications
  • Researching and implementing new AI capabilities
  • Writing clean, maintainable code and documenting your work
  • Working closely with engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions

What you'll bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics or a related discipline
  • Commercial experience building AI or machine learning solutions
  • Strong Python plus experience with languages such as Rust, C++ or Java
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
  • A solid understanding of modern LLMs, agentic AI or machine learning techniques
  • A passion for solving difficult engineering problems with practical AI

Experience with MLOps, production AI systems, multimodal models or regulated environments would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

You'll need the right to work in the UK and be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance. The role is primarily office-based to encourage close collaboration across the engineering team.
