Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll be doing:
- Working directly with customers to understand their problems and identify opportunities for AI
- Designing end-to-end AI solutions, from sensors through to user-facing applications
- Developing, testing, and deploying robust, high-performance ML models into production
- Integrating AI into software products and resource-constrained hardware systems
- Developing new capabilities and optimising existing approaches to solve real-world problems
- Building secure, reliable, and responsible AI systems, with clear documentation throughout

What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in machine learning or algorithm development
- Proficiency in Python, alongside C++, Rust, or Java
- Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Strong mathematical foundations and excellent problem-solving skills
- A degree from a top university
- Experience building and deploying systems that solve real-world problems
