Job Title - Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have strong fundamentals in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and data analysis and are looking to build their career in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test machine learning models.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Work with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Develop ML solutions using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
- Assist with model deployment and optimization.
- Analyze datasets and identify meaningful patterns and insights.
- Collaborate with software and data teams on AI/ML projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and project reports.
- Stay updated with emerging Machine Learning and AI technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Good understanding of statistics and data structures.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent UK graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate Visa (PSW) holders are welcome.
- Candidates requiring future Skilled Worker sponsorship may also be considered, subject to company policy and eligibility.
