Your Mission
Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business and logistics use cases.
- Work with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and logistics experts to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Build reliable data pipelines and feature engineering processes for training and production environments.
- Productionize machine learning models using appropriate software engineering.
- Monitor model performance, data quality, reliability, and potential model drift.
- Contribute to the design of machine learning platforms, APIs, and data products.
- Document models, assumptions, interfaces, processes, and results clearly.
- Support the adoption of best practices in machine learning, software development, testing, version control, and deployment.
- Stay up to date with developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud technologies, and responsible AI.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, statistics, and data preparation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data or machine learning infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
