As we continue expanding our AI capabilities, we are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to help design, build, deploy, and optimize machine learning solutions that power intelligent experiences across the Bizmoni platform.
Role Overview
The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing, training, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and AI systems that enhance Bizmoni's products, services, and member experiences.
Working closely with Bizmoni's leadership, product, engineering, AI, data, and operations teams, you will build scalable machine learning solutions that support personalization, recommendations, automation, analytics, intelligent assistants, fraud detection, predictive insights, and business optimization.
This role is ideal for an innovative technology professional who is passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, data-driven decision-making, and building solutions that create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning Development
- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
- Build AI solutions that improve user experiences across the Bizmoni ecosystem.
- Develop recommendation engines, predictive models, classification systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Implement model versioning, testing, monitoring, and lifecycle management processes.
Data Engineering & Model Training
- Prepare, clean, transform, and validate large datasets for machine learning applications.
- Develop and maintain training pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure high-quality data availability.
- Conduct feature engineering and model optimization activities.
- Evaluate and benchmark different machine learning approaches and algorithms.

AI Platform & Deployment
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Develop scalable APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into Bizmoni applications.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to embed AI solutions into business workflows.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Support cloud-based AI infrastructure and MLOps best practices.
AI Innovation
- Research emerging AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business growth and operational efficiencies.
- Evaluate new models, frameworks, and tools that can enhance Bizmoni's platform.
- Support innovation initiatives related to AI assistants, predictive analytics, personalization, and intelligent automation.
- Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and technical standards.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into machine learning solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and model outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Document model architectures, training methodologies, deployment strategies, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with remote teams across product, engineering, operations, and leadership functions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of deployed AI systems.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data science, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and data processing pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data management principles.
- Experience building REST APIs and integrating machine learning services into applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI systems.
- Experience with Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI-powered recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working within SaaS, AI, startup, marketplace, fintech, or technology-driven organizations.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud are highly desirable.
