What you'll be doing
- Building production-ready AI and machine learning features
- Designing and deploying scalable AI solutions
- Integrating LLMs into secure enterprise applications
- Researching and applying the latest AI capabilities
- Writing clean, maintainable code and working closely with the wider engineering team to deliver robust solutions
What you'll bring
- A degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Commercial experience building AI or machine learning solutions
- Strong Python skills, with experience in Rust, C++, or Java an advantage
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- A solid understanding of modern LLMs, agentic AI, or deep learning
- A practical approach to solving complex engineering problems

Experience with MLOps, production AI systems, multimodal models, or regulated environments would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
You'll need the right to work in the UK and be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance. The role is primarily office-based to encourage close collaboration across the engineering team.
