Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll be doing

  • Building production-ready AI and machine learning features
  • Designing and deploying scalable AI solutions
  • Integrating LLMs into secure enterprise applications
  • Researching and applying the latest AI capabilities
  • Writing clean, maintainable code and working closely with the wider engineering team to deliver robust solutions

What you'll bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Commercial experience building AI or machine learning solutions
  • Strong Python skills, with experience in Rust, C++, or Java an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
  • A solid understanding of modern LLMs, agentic AI, or deep learning
  • A practical approach to solving complex engineering problems

Experience with MLOps, production AI systems, multimodal models, or regulated environments would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

You'll need the right to work in the UK and be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance. The role is primarily office-based to encourage close collaboration across the engineering team.
