Machine Learning Engineer / Elite Team / London
A high-growth technology company is looking for an outstanding Machine Learning Engineer to join a highly technical team tackling some of the hardest problems in AI.
You'll work alongside exceptional ML engineers, researchers and software engineers, pushing beyond off-the-shelf models across computer vision, deep learning and advanced ML systems. Join at an exciting stage of growth, take ownership of challenging projects and put yourself in a position to grow technically and financially as the business scales.
What you'll be doing
- Build and deploy advanced machine learning models
- Tackle complex problems across computer vision and deep learning
- Experiment with new architectures and research approaches
- Take models from experimentation into production
- Work with complex datasets and real-world signals
- Collaborate with outstanding engineers to solve problems from first principles

What they're looking for
- Strong experience in Machine Learning or Computer Vision
- Excellent Python and experience with PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow
- Experience deploying ML models into production
- Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving ability
- Excellent academic or technical track record
- A genuine drive to tackle problems without obvious answers
- Previous SME experience
