About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join Bumble’s dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support the company’s overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and content creation, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a similar role is required. Strong proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a creative mindset and analytical thinking ability. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred. A passion for social technology and understanding of current digital marketing trends will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Bumble’s brand objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and on-brand marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as product, PR, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage social media accounts, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all marketing content adheres to Bumble’s values and standards.
