Compensation: USD $100–$135/hour (based on experience)
Overview
We are building a team of exceptional machine learning researchers for an exciting engagement with one of the world's leading AI research labs.
This is a short-term, fully remote project expected to run for 1–2 weeks (approximately 20 hours). Outstanding contributors may be invited to participate in future research projects with leading AI organizations.
If you enjoy reading cutting-edge ML research, evaluating AI systems, and staying close to frontier research, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise while working with some of the world's most advanced AI teams.

What You'll Do
- Review and analyze influential AI and Machine Learning research papers.
- Evaluate AI model outputs based on the methodologies and findings presented in published research.
- Compare model behavior against research objectives and expected outcomes.
- Provide structured technical assessments and insights.
- Conduct literature review and research analysis where required.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning or a closely related field.
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals, such as NeurIPS, ICML or ICLR.
- Deep understanding of modern machine learning research.
- Strong analytical and technical communication skills.
