Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team at our modern manufacturing facility in Staffordshire.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Maintaining and repairing sheet metal fabrication machinery
- Supporting a Range Of Industry-leading Equipment, Including
- Amada press brakes
- Trumpf punches, lasers and press brakes
- Bystronic fibre laser systems
- Gema powder coating equipment
- LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) systems
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance activities
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Supporting TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives
- Participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 3), including occasional holiday cover
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is hands-on, dependable and committed to maintaining high standards across our operation.
Essential
- Experience maintaining machinery within a sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible approach and willingness to support operational requirements
- Experience of TPM procedures
- Full UK Driving Licence
