Kingdom People Recruitment for Machine Minders
Kingdom People are recruiting for several Machine Minders to work at one of our client’s sites in Norwich (NR5). The customer is a leading food manufacturer (Crisps) that operates in an ambient environment.
This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high-performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Full time hours
- Shift Patterns
- 3 days on, 3 days off, DAY Shift
- 3 days on, 3 days off, 4 days on, 4 days off, NIGHT shift
- Hours
- 07:00 – 19:00 - 19:00 - 07:00
- Pay
- £14.00 up to £17.73 per hour basic rate depending on the experience.

Previous food production experience is required but not essential, as training is provided.
Temporary to permanent available after a minimum of 12 weeks

The Role
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line/area
- Maintain high standards of product quality, GMP, health & safety, and customer service
- Help deliver KPI targets with a well-trained and motivated team
- Operate a variety of production machinery
- Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required
- Promote open communication at all levels

Requirements
- Be able to work 12hr shift
- Good communication in English (written and spoken)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
