Join Our Team as a Machine Operative (3 Shift)!

Location: Blyth

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | 3 Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitor product quality and production output
  • Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Complete production documentation accurately
  • Meet production targets and uphold quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts
