Position Summary
We are seeking a proficient Machine Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating large machine drills and borers, with a strong background in a machine shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate large machine drills and borers with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a machine shop is essential.
- Proficient in operating large machine drills and related machinery.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a focus on safety and quality.
