Looking for more than just another job?

Join one of the UK's leading manufacturers of garden buildings and become part of a team that builds products enjoyed by thousands of customers every year.

At Woodlands Home & Garden Group, we don't just manufacture sheds. We build premium timber buildings that people are proud to own, and we're looking for motivated people who want to build a career with us.

Whether you've worked in manufacturing before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'll give you the training, support and opportunities to succeed.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping production flowing, by ensuring departments have the right timber materials, assisting in timber milling, and supporting day-to-day site operations. If you're a team player with a good work ethic, we’ll give you all the tools you need to succeed. A Forklift Truck or Side Loader licence is a bonus – but not essential. We’re more interested in the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
