We are currently partnering with a large global manufacturer based in Crumlin to find dedicated, high-energy Machine Operators for immediate temp-to-perm opportunities. Producing high-volume everyday molded plastics, this site offers clean, modern manufacturing, genuine personal progression, and a fantastic shift pattern with built-in pay incentives.
Location: Crumlin, Gwent (NP11)
Position: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Pay: GBP 12.71/hr base + GBP 55.50 weekly bonus (effective GBP 13.86/hr)
Shifts: 4-on / 4-off rotational (2 days, 2 nights)

Key Responsibilities
- Loading moulding machines with raw materials and carrying out basic routine machine care.
- Inspecting, trimming, and packaging manufactured plastic items to ensure rigorous quality standards.
- Operating semi-automatic production machinery once fully trained.
- Stacking, wrapping, and relocating finished pallets using a manual pump truck.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Previous background in a factory, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Attitude: Upbeat, proactive, and genuinely keen to work (you will be interviewing directly with the Managing Director).
- Location and Transport: Must hold a valid driver's license and have own transport, living strictly within a 30-minute commute of Pen-y-Fan Industrial Estate.
