About The Role
We are currently recruiting for full-time Trainee Machine Operators to join our dynamic team at our sites in Barton-upon-Humber. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and be part of a fast-paced, modern, and high-tech production environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Learn how to interpret detailed technical drawings in order to produce end products of the highest standard
- Participate in the effective and safe control of a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders and glue machines
- Undertake any other Warehouse duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
- Meet allocated production targets in line with the department

About You
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Warehouse experience (Advantageous)
- Flexibility, commitment and punctuality
- Experience in wood technology (Advantageous)
- Previous production experience is an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email is beneficial but not essential
