Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking to join an innovative and growing manufacturing business?
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to support the production of high-quality components using advanced manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment who is looking to develop their skills within a modern and technology-driven facility.
The Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing parts
- Operating specialist manufacturing equipment
- Carrying out routine machine maintenance
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient production process and delivering high-quality products to customers.

Key responsibilities of Machine Operator
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
- Preparing and loading components into machines ready for production.
- Conducting routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Supporting production schedules and ensuring output targets are met.
- Maintaining accurate production records and system updates.
- Identifying and reporting equipment or quality issues.
- Following health, safety and quality procedures at all times.
- Assisting with continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing department.
About You
To be successful in this Machine Operator role, you will have:
- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using production systems.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable
- Experience within a similar advanced manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, electronics or technical production environment.
- Familiarity with automated or specialist production equipment.
