About The Role
As a Machine Operator based in Orton, you will join a busy manufacturing team on a full-time, temp-to-perm contract, earning £13.59 per hour. This role follows a rotating double day shift pattern, alternating weekly between 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm. Your duties include safely operating and monitoring production machinery, setting up equipment, performing basic adjustments, and conducting quality checks to uphold company standards. You will also load raw materials and remove finished items from the line. Full training is provided, with permanent work available for reliable candidates who can work efficiently within a structured production setting.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Banbury. Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Setting up machines and making basic adjustments where required.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Loading materials and removing finished products from the production line.
- Reporting any machine faults or production issues promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
