Machine Operator Opportunities (Pitney Road, Lancaster, PA) ** rôles: Machine Operator I**, Machine Operator II Compensation: $21+/hour (depending on experience) + $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts

Responsibilities
Operate production machinery efficiently to achieve highest quality standards while ensuring safety.
Shift Schedule (as of 5/6/2026)
All shifts available under a 2-2-3 rotation, with every other weekend required:
- Overnights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour)
- Dayshift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour)
Machine Operator I
Core Requirements
Must possess all of the following:
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to convert between decimals and fractions
- Basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machine and tool operations
- Ability to observe, follow, and understand workplace procedures
- Proficient English for training and safety communication

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- 6+ months of material handling or machine operations
- Technical school/apprenticeship background helpful
- Powered industrial truck certification (preferred)
Machine Operator II
Core Requirements
Must possess all of the following:
- 2+ years of manufacturing/process control equipment operation
- Manual operating experience — preference for SAP software familiarity
- Same math, mechanical, and English proficiency as Machine Operator I
Preferred Qualifications
- Powered industrial truck experience
- Background in paper converting, chemical/plastics, or packaging processing
