We are looking for an enthusiastic Machine Setter to join us on a part-time schedule of Friday to Monday. In this engaging role, you’ll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring that our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust machinery for production runs according to specified requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and promptly troubleshoot any issues to minimize production downtime.
  • Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and output.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure our high standards are met.
  • Document machine settings and production records accurately.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow and address any challenges.
  • Support the training of new operators on machine functionality and safety procedures.

Working Hours

  • 07:30-16:00/06:30-19:00

Requirements

  • Experience as a machine setter or in a similar role within a production environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of machinery operations, particularly in the food industry.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring product quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Basic math skills to assist with measuring and adjusting machine settings.
