Role Overview

This role is focused on supporting mash production and helping keep busy manufacturing lines running smoothly. It offers the chance to make a direct impact in a fast-moving production environment where attention to detail, pace, and teamwork matter every day.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a High Risk / High Care area on mash only.
  • Operate fast-paced, high-volume production lines.
  • Carry out machine set up and changeovers.
  • Monitor the line during production runs.
  • Direct workers at the end of the line, including sleeving activities.

Requirements

  • Experience working efficiently on fast-paced, high-volume production lines.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Previous machine setting experience in a food production environment is a plus.
  • Experience directing or coordinating line-end staff, such as workers on sleeving or others on the production line, would be advantageous.
