Location: Telford
Salary: Starting salary of A GBP 35,115 per annum (rising to A GBP 43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off : 12-hour rotating shifts (Days and Nights, including weekends)

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll be responsible for setting, operating, and optimising machinery to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery efficiently and safely
- Carry out machine changeovers and adjustments
- Monitor performance and resolve minor machinery issues
- Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain excellent health, safety, and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, or similar manufacturing role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
