Job title: Machine Setter / Senior Machine Setter (Team Leader)
Shift Pattern: 7am to 7pm Four On Four Off - Opportunities across both Day and Night Shift
Location: Stevenage
Reports to: Shift Production Manager

We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Machine Setter or Senior Machine Setter (Team Leader). Whether you're an experienced Machine Setter, a recent graduate, an apprentice completing your programme, or someone looking to start a technical career in manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern manufacturing technology, develop valuable engineering skills, and build a long-term career within a growing international business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up, adjusting and optimising production machinery
- Leading and supporting team members within your area
- Troubleshooting equipment and production issues
- Completing product changeovers safely and efficiently
- Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
- Driving safety, quality and performance standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the factory
What We're Looking For

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Passion for engineering, manufacturing or food production

Experience We Value
- Manufacturing or food production experience
- Mechanical aptitude or engineering interest
- Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology or STEM qualifications
- Previous machine setting experience (advantageous but not essential)
