Vitimech is a specialized supplier of vineyard machinery and equipment, supporting growers with reliable, high-performance solutions. The company is an importer for COLLARD Vineyard Machinery and CALVET Spraying Equipment, and an authorized dealer for brands such as Infaco, Agrofer, Avant, Dieci, Kirogn, and others. Vitimech focuses on providing tailored equipment recommendations that help customers optimize productivity and vineyard operations. Team members work closely with a diverse client base and a wide range of products, offering opportunities to develop deep technical and industry knowledge.
Role Description
This full-time Machinery and Equipment Sales Consultant role is based on-site in Chichester. The consultant will engage with customers in person, by phone, and online to understand their vineyard machinery needs, provide product demonstrations, and recommend suitable equipment solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and supporting customers through the sales cycle to ensure smooth ordering and delivery. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Vitimech’s product range and key partner brands, coordinating with internal teams on stock and logistics, and contributing to customer training and after-sales support. The consultant is expected to build long-term relationships, represent the company professionally, and help drive sales growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and match them to appropriate machinery and equipment solutions.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring responsive, reliable, and professional support throughout the sales process.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical features in accessible terms.
- Experience or strong interest in agricultural, vineyard, or industrial machinery is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chichester, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic IT tools (email, CRM systems, and office software) to track leads, quotations, and customer information.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit customer sites for consultations and demonstrations, as required.
