My client is a world leader in the provision of highly advanced technical solutions to the Energy and Marine sector. - Program, set, and operate CNC machines, (Mazak 5-axis Lathes using G-code and M-code controls)
- Ability to operate Manual Lathes and Gate Mill
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical specifications.
- Create, optimise, and edit CNC programs for efficient machining and minimal downtime.
- Perform precision machining of components to tight tolerances.
- Conduct tool selection, tool setting, and offsets to ensure high quality output.
Experience/Qualifications – Machinist
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer
- Experience with Mazak machines and intergrex 200-III programming with Mazatrol Fusion 640 and SolidCAM (essential).
