Machine Operator
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday | 8:30pm – 6:30am
Hours Paid: 38 hours per week
Contract: 12 Week Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a consistent Monday to Thursday night shift with long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery including punch presses, bending tools and manual equipment
- Cutting materials to size using saws
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Completing measurements and basic calculations accurately
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Supporting general warehouse and labouring duties
- Manual handling and heavy lifting where required
Requirements
- Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and strong practical skills
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
- Able to commit to the Monday–Thursday night shift pattern
