Job Description

Are you ready to take your machining skills to the pinnacle of motorsport engineering? Alpine F1 Team is on a mission to become a front-running team in Formula 1, and we’re expanding our Metallic Production Department. If precision, speed, and innovation fuel your passion, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary.

Step into our state-of-the-art machining environment, where cutting-edge technology meets relentless ambition. We’re looking for a CNC Turner to join our permanent team and help craft the components that power our race cars to victory.

The Role

As a key player in our close-knit team, you’ll:

  • Operate Mazak QuickTurn and Integrex using Mazatrol and EIA programs
  • Deliver high-quality, cost-effective parts with precision and speed
  • Log activity and materials using advanced IT systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute directly to the performance of our F1 cars on track

The Person

You’re not just a machinist—you’re a craftsperson of performance. You bring:

  • Proven experience with turning, ideally on Mazak equipment
  • Expertise in working with aerospace-grade materials and complex geometries
  • A commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • A team-first mindset and a hunger for innovation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
