Macmillan Money and More Caseworker

Recruiting Organisation: Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East)

Working hours: Three days per week (22.5 hours), 9am-5pm

Salary: £29,977 pro rata, per annum

Contract: Permanent

Location: Crawley (no home working possible)

As a Macmillan Money and More caseworker, you’ll be delivering high quality, holistic and efficient advice to people affected by cancer across welfare benefits, employment, debt prevention and related areas. The role combines high volume casework with early intervention advice and signposting so that clients receive the right support at the right time. Advisors will work across multiple channels, providing accurate information, practical assistance and seamless referrals into specialist support where required. The role will include face-to-face appointments across East and West Sussex where necessary.
