About the Role
Our client is seeking a Vice President to join its Macro Sales team, focused on covering Emerging Market institutional clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and other institutional investors, providing market insight and investment solutions across Rates, FX, and Fixed Income products.
Working closely with Trading and Research teams, you will deliver trade ideas, market commentary, and tailored solutions to clients while identifying opportunities to grow revenues and deepen client relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of macro markets, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to generate business within an institutional environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing an existing client portfolio
- Originating new business opportunities
- Marketing macro products and strategies
- Monitoring market developments
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class client coverage

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills
- Strong knowledge of macro products including Rates, FX, and Fixed Income
- Proven ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with strong business development capabilities
- Strong understanding of Emerging Markets and global macro themes
- Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and generate revenue

Experience
- Experience covering Emerging Markets institutional clients
- Demonstrated track record in Macro, Rates, FX, or Fixed Income Sales
- Proven ability to generate revenues and grow client relationships
- Experience working with asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and other institutional investors
- Strong understanding of market structure, trade execution, and risk management
- VP-level experience within a bank, broker, or financial institution preferred
