Role overview
As a Made to Measure Specialist at AWWG, you will deliver an exceptional personal tailoring experience for our customers, combining product expertise, clienteling, and high standards of service. You will support clients throughout the made-to-measure journey, from initial consultation to fitting and final delivery, ensuring every garment reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and style expected from our brands.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised made-to-measure styling and fitting advice to clients.
- Guide customers through fabric, fit, finish, and customisation options.
- Ensure accurate measurements, order capture, and follow-up throughout the tailoring process.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive service and clienteling.
- Collaborate with store teams, tailoring partners, and operations to ensure smooth order management and timely delivery.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across tailoring and formalwear collections.
- Support visual standards, stock presentation, and the overall premium customer experience.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues with professionalism and attention to detail.

Required qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in made-to-measure, tailoring, premium retail, or luxury customer service.
- Strong understanding of garment fit, tailoring processes, and client consultation.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Confident communication skills and a polished, client-focused approach.
- Good organisation and accuracy when managing measurements and orders.
