Role: Mail Order Coordinator
Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week, to be worked in accordance with the retail rota, which can include evenings and weekends.
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton
Contract Type: Permanent
Deadline Day: 16th October 2026
Interview dates: 22nd, 26th and 27th October 2026. In-person interviews at the Amex Stadium.

Deliver a world-class service to our loyal fans
In this role you will co-ordinate the whole mail order process through to the dispatch of parcels, including picking and packing. You will also be responsible for printing names and numbers on shirts for online orders and liaising with the courier company regarding any customer address or redelivery enquiries. A core part of the role will be dealing with all customer enquiries over the phone and via email, acting as the first point of contact for complaints, and offering high-class customer service at all times to increase the company’s growth.
