We are looking for that magical person who is always ready to help.
As the first point of contact for our customers, the Mail Order & Customer Service Manager will play an essential role in delivering a warm, attentive, and seamless experience, while supporting the day-to-day running of our orders. This is a hands-on position within a small, dedicated team, offering a unique insight into the inner workings of an independent fashion brand.
Based at our north London studio, you will be involved in both customer service and order processing. The Mail Order & Customer Service Manager will be expected to approach each task with care, efficiency, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities of the Mail Order & Customer Service Manager:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and telephone
- Order processing, packing, and dispatch
- Coordinating shipping and courier arrangements
- Supporting the office team in the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
- Assisting with a variety of ad hoc tasks as needed

- A friendly and professional manner, with excellent communication skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Well organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- A team player who is happy to support others
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- An understanding of shipping processes (we are using Royal Mail)
