Hourly Wage

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $26.50 per hour - $26.50 per hour.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Key Purpose

This position is responsible for oversight of all aspects of Mail processing, Shipping/Receiving functions, Conference room (where applicable), Reprographics, and Multi‐functional Printers. Ensures all service is being performed to SLA and communicates with the customer’s on issues pertaining to Office Services.

Principle Duties

  • Oversee daily activity in the areas of mail services, shipping / receiving services, copy services, and conference room services and events.
  • Oversee daily assignment and activity of work orders for multiple sites.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting submittal to FM Site Manager.
  • Support area project teams with internal moves, additions, and changes.
  • Provide administrative support to the FM Site Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 4 to 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiar with Domestic and International shipping requirements.
  • Familiar with basic photocopier/printer/facsimile technology.
  • Knowledge of basic network protocol and terminology.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be able to perform basic functions in all programs.
  • Familiar with basic Conference room booking functions as well as associated technology
  • Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
  • Proven track record of customer service satisfaction and outstanding customer services skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required.
  • Perform sensitive and confidential tasks.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to shipping/receiving area or an office setting. The incumbent is required to lift weights manually or by forklift. Because of the danger involved in lifting weights, safety shoes are worn to protect toes. The incumbent also is required to bend, stoop, climb, and pull while stacking shipments, and delivering the merchandise. In exercising these functions the incumbent must be able to exert in excess of 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
