We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.
THE ROLE
We are looking for someone confident, friendly and approachable to help manage our office mailroom. You will be handling all of our courier shipments for our East London Studios and manage all incoming/outgoing samples. You will gain a great knowledge of the brand, our product and liaise daily with team members across our entire studios & globally.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Reporting in to the office & events manager
- Cover reception on breaks and at the beginning or end of the day and support where necessary
- Responsible for opening and logging incoming mail and packages & communicating arrivals to the recipient/correct department
- Arranging all couriers for the business within ELS Studios
- Managing all incoming/outgoing samples, ensuring they are logged and efficiently stored
- Management of the post rooms and shipping supplies
- Communicating tracking numbers
- Responsible for sending all outgoing samples/parcels on behalf of the company, and ensuring these arrive safely and on time to protect our production process
- Manage our DHL account, processing DHL imports, exports, and cross-vendor shipments

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Passion and enthusiasm for the brand, with experience in being part of a fast paced environment
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office & Google packages at an intermediate level
- Previous experience within a post room environment is desirable
- Ability to communicate well within all levels of the brand in a professional manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, whilst able to prioritise workload accordingly
- Sense of urgency
- Hard working, self-motivated and able to multitask
- Keen interest in fashion
- Flexible and friendly attitude and willing to ‘go the extra mile’ when required
ABOUT THE LOCATION
