About The Role
As a CBRE Mailroom Operative, you will support the smooth running of mailroom and post room services by carrying out a range of administrative and operational duties for a department, client or business function. This role sits within the Office Operations function, which provides essential office support to clients, teams and individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Check mailroom and postage supplies daily, replenishing stock where required.
- Keep accurate records of sent and received mail.
- Prepare envelopes, parcels and packages for dispatch.
- Ensure all packages are suitably protected to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply the correct postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages.
- Follow existing procedures to resolve straightforward queries or issues.
- Carry out clearly defined duties, methods and tasks in line with agreed processes.
- Deliver work accurately and efficiently by following defined procedures under close supervision and guidance.

Skills And Experience Required
- Valid driver’s licence required.
- Ability to follow basic work routines, standards and agreed procedures.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
