Responsible for Statutory, Compliance and General Maintenance checks within the plant and ensuring the general upkeep and standards within and around the factory.
Facilities Technician
Working Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30

Key Tasks and Duties:
- Responsible for conducting the following Weekly Tests & Checks: Fire Alarm Tests, Spark Detection, Sprinkler Pumps, Water Flushing Checks, Water Temperature Checks, and ensure that all are recorded in a timely and accurate manner on SAP
- Responsible for conducting the following Monthly Tests and Checks: Ladder Checks, Fire Extinguisher Checks, Fire Door Checks and ensuring that all are recorded in a timely accurate manner on SAP
- Perform any immediate cleaning duties necessary to maintain a clean safe facility
- Responsible for stores upkeep and assisting stock takes
- Responsible for parts retrieval and tracking
- Ensure the general upkeep of the plant by undertaking minor repairs, general laboring tasks, general housekeeping and painting tasks as and when required (basic plumbing, electric, woodwork repairs)
- Able to work at heights (reaching aircon units, roof guttering, etc.)
- Assist other departments as requested to ensure company objectives are obtained
- Tasks may require flexible working hours
- Undertake any reasonable request as directed by management
- Support the business in line with its ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification.
