Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at 5 Hertford Street.

- Salary of £36,000 per annum

Working Hours:
- Breakfast shifts from 6:30am-3:30pm
- 5 days per week (Tuesday- Saturday) with Saturdays off in rotation
- The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
- Welcome members and their guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and attentive service at all times, ensuring the highest standards of member experience.
- Answer telephone calls, manage bookings, and respond to general enquiries promptly and professionally.

What are we looking for?
- Significant experience in a similar position is essential
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
