Job Title
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Automation SME with strong expertise in IBM z/OS automation, monitoring, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise Mainframe Automation solutions.
- Administer and develop automation using Broadcom OPS/MVS, IBM SA z/OS, and NetView.
- Develop and maintain REXX automation scripts and rules.
- Handle monitoring, event management, incident resolution, and RCA.
- Automate operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Work with global infrastructure, application, and operations teams.
- Support automation modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of IBM Mainframe / z/OS experience.
- 5+ years of Mainframe Automation & Monitoring experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OPS/MVS, SA z/OS, NetView, and REXX.
- Production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management / ITSM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
