Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Automation SME with strong expertise in IBM z/OS automation, monitoring, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise Mainframe Automation solutions.
  • Administer and develop automation using Broadcom OPS/MVS, IBM SA z/OS, and NetView.
  • Develop and maintain REXX automation scripts and rules.
  • Handle monitoring, event management, incident resolution, and RCA.
  • Automate operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • Work with global infrastructure, application, and operations teams.
  • Support automation modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of IBM Mainframe / z/OS experience.
  • 5+ years of Mainframe Automation & Monitoring experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with OPS/MVS, SA z/OS, NetView, and REXX.
  • Production support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management / ITSM.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
