Job Title

Experienced IT professional with years of expertise in Mainframe technologies and Middleware solutions, including IBM MQ.

About the Role

  • Proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise-critical applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability.
  • Skilled in Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and IDMS, with strong knowledge of MQ administration, message flows, queue management, troubleshooting, and integration support.
  • Experienced in incident, problem, and change management, production support, service delivery, and stakeholder management.
