Maintenance MDS Administrator
Brize Norton, Oxfordshire | On-site | Inside IR35
£29.07 per hour Umbrella / £21.74 per hour PAYE
Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Maintenance MDS Administrator to join a high-profile aerospace support programme based at Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional to play a key role in maintaining critical maintenance data and supporting airworthiness compliance within a fast-paced aviation environment. This contract role is deemed Inside IR35 and offers competitive hourly rates with the potential for overtime.

- Creating component assets
- Linking airworthiness data
- Accurately entering and maintaining records within the Maintenance Data System (MDS)
- Reviewing maintenance documentation for accuracy
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely updates
- Generating reports
- Supporting data management procedures
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assisting with project and task management activities as directed
Key Benefits and Requirements
- Competitive rates: £29.07 per hour Umbrella or £21.74 per hour PAYE
- Standard 35-hour week over 4.5 days with overtime available - Fully based on site
- Strong data entry, record-keeping, and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain BPSS clearance and maintain security requirements for a UK military establishment
- Aerospace or aviation experience desirable but not essential

Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong IT and data management skills
- Experience with digital record-keeping systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, XML, and aviation-related data environments would be highly advantageous
- Previous aerospace or aircraft maintenance experience is desirable, but candidates from other industries with strong administrative and data management expertise are also encouraged to apply.
