Description
- Lead and develop the maintenance and engineering team.
- Deliver capital investment and continuous improvement projects.
- Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and engineering performance.
- Develop and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Oversee engineering systems, CMMS, and maintenance planning.
- Manage engineering stores, spare parts, and inventory control.
- Support new equipment installations and NPI projects.
- Collaborate with Operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and site performance.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage engineering budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Profile
Ideal candidate:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, or production environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, asset reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring colleagues, supervising teams, or driving operational improvements.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across Operations and Engineering.
- Ambitious and motivated to step into a broader engineering leadership role.
- Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
